Welcome to a new year 2012 and our resolution is to provide exceptional

support for your MILLROCK Display Case.  We hope to infuse this site with

the knowledge of our Display Case service experts and share it openly for everyone who owns a MILLROCK or Saber Display Case.  We are seeing MILLROCK cases resell for 66% of new Saber Display case sell prices.  www.SaberDisplays.com is the same product we have been producing since 2003.  We have returned the brand to the original trade name of the 80’s.  Saber™ Display was the beginning of Professional Foodservice Millwork, Display Cases and Architectural Casework & Counters.  Before MILLROCK, Inc. there was Saber Manufacturing, Inc., later acquired by MILLROCK, Inc and now in 2012  Saber Display returns to glory in place of MILLROCK formerly marketed Display Cases, FoodService MILLWORK & Modular Cafe Cabinets all powered by M4R.

A MILLROCK Display case should NEVER be serviced by anyone other than a licensed refrigeration technician.  Always unplug both cords before cleaning or opening the service grill.  This is Commercial Foodservice Equipment typically designated as 11400 by consultants and Contractors and has moving parts and hot parts which are extremely dangerous to untrained technicians.  Please, if we are not available contact your local Foodservice Equipment Dealer or Kitchen Equipment Contractor do not attempt DYI (do it yourself) repairs...at least call us first.
